Introduction: The E+H/Endershaus digital ORP sensor CPS42D, Ceraliquid CPS42D is a high-performance ORP electrode for strong chemical corrosive applications, as well as for the measurement of low conductivity media or high concentrations of organic solvents.
Features:
Filled with KCl salt bridge electrolyte with independent reference lead wire, effectively preventing electrode poisoning
KCl electrolyte-filled media capable of measuring very low conductivity (= 5 μS/cm)
Resistant to CIP and SIP cleaning processes
Particularly suitable for applications with rapidly changing media composition: Filled with KCl electrolyte, ceramic diaphragm with very short response times
The non-contact inductive signal transmission method provides a high level of process safety
Sensor and process parameters are stored to allow for predictive maintenance
Minimizes production downtime, extends sensor life and reduces operating costs
