According to the IPO, Shenzhen Yuejiang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuejiang Technology") signed a listing guidance agreement with CICC on January 18, 2023.

This means that Yuejiang Technology has become another collaborative robot company to launch an A-share IPO in the short term after Jieka Robot - On December 19, 2022, Jieka Robot and Guotai Junan Securities completed the signing of the listing counseling agreement.

Founded in 2015, as an intelligent collaborative robot solution provider, Yuejiang Technology has successively launched lightweight products such as the SCARA collaborative robotic arm M1 Pro, the industrial-grade desktop robotic arm MG 400, and the CR series full-perception collaborative robots to promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the industry.

It is worth mentioning that the localization rate of Yuejiang Technology's products and technologies exceeds 90%, becoming the first enterprise in the industry with a 0.5-16kg matrix, and ranking first in the export volume of domestic brand industrial robots for four consecutive years (2018 to 2021), covering more than 140 countries and regions around the world.

Up to now, Yuejiang Technology has successively achieved large-scale implementation in 3C manufacturing, auto parts, new energy, semiconductor, metal processing, medical and other industries, and has now served the production lines of dozens of Fortune 500 companies such as Foxconn, BYD, Beiqi Foton, Toyota Motor, Sony, Samsung, Jabil, Johnson Controls, etc.
