Recently, the NetPAC V system developed by Xinhua Technology has obtained the certification of "100% independent and controllable selection of electronic components" from the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. At the same time, the NetPAC V system is also 100% adapted to the domestic operating system and 100% self-transplanted application software, truly realizing all-round independent and controllable from hardware, firmware to software, and from architecture, function to materials!
Over the years, most of the domestic DCS brands lack the "heart" and less "soul", that is, they are based on the development of foreign chips and operating systems; In the context of the current international situation and other complex backgrounds, in order to avoid the risk of "bottleneck", building an independent and controllable DCS has become a must-answer question.
In view of this, the R&D team of Xinhua Technology successfully completed the development, testing and verification of the NetPAC V system in a very short time, and realized 100% independent and controllable research and development from the controller module, communication module, I/O module to the upper-level software system.
The data center of the Fifth Research Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a third-party authoritative organization, reviewed and analyzed the autonomy level of the NetPAC V system, and issued the "NetPAC V Electronic Components Selection Analysis Report", which confirmed that all the electronic components used in the NetPAC V system are domestic independent and controllable products.
The NetPAC V system is technically in the same vein as the NetPAC conventional system, seamlessly compatible in architecture, fully consistent in performance and functionality, and supports hybrid applications from base, module, controller to host computer. NetPAC conventional systems that are already in operation can be easily upgraded to NetPAC V in whole or in part to quickly increase their level of autonomy and control.
The NetPAC V system also integrates endogenous information security technology to ensure the functional safety of the control system; It integrates fieldbus technology to support terminal equipment access and management; It is compatible with turbine control technology and supports the integrated application of DEH and DCS. At the same time, the NetPAC V system is also an important part of Xinhua Smart Power Generation Platform iPlant, which is the basic platform for building a "safe, efficient, environmentally friendly and flexible" modern smart power plant.
At present, the NetPAC V system has been put into operation in a number of key projects of different scales, and its functions are intact and the performance is excellent, meeting the requirements of relevant industry specifications, and has played a good demonstration effect.
