Introduction: Rosemount/Rosemount Continuous Gas Analyzer CT5800, Emerson's Rosemount CT5800 Continuous Gas Analyzer is the first quantum cascade laser designed specifically for industrial process applications requiring Class I, Class 2 hazardous area certification. The CT5800 in a fireproof enclosure has a unique battery design that provides highly accurate measurement of impurity concentrations at low ppm levels in gas streams, making it ideal for hydrogen, nitrogen, and ethylene purity applications. Up to six laser modules can be placed in the enclosure, allowing the CT5800 analyzer to measure up to 12 elements simultaneously, greatly reducing the need for multiple analyzers.
