The job is not done until all the parts are tightened. Precision Phillips-head insulated screwdrivers install and clamp fasteners properly so that high moments can be applied without damaging the bits. Germany quenched chromium-molybdenum-vanadium (CMV) steel inserts reduce wear to a minimum. Slipping of the screwdriver from the screw head and possible contact with live conductors next to it should be avoided as much as possible.
Fluke offers two sizes of Phillips-head screwdrivers. They are certified for 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC. Each screwdriver is tested at 10,000 volts and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
