At present, the belt conveyor of China's freight terminal is widely used in the field of terminal loading. Due to many reasons, it has been in the state of no-load or light-load operation for a long time in use, and the power is ruined. If the frequency conversion speed regulation technology is used, the waste of electrical energy can be reduced, and the difficulty of starting the high-power belt conveyor can also be solved.
In addition, most of the soft start equipment selected by many belt conveyors is a fluid coupling, and the downward transport belt conveyor will constitute a motor runaway phenomenon in the process of starting operation and braking, if the frequency converter is installed on the belt conveyor, the negative force of the motor can be fed back to the power grid at any time, reduce heat loss, deal with the impact of mechanical system and electrical system, prolong the service life of the equipment, and can effectively save electric energy.
In this INVT plan, the main circuit is mainly composed of user switch QF, inverter input main circuit breaker QF1, buffer contactor KM4, main circuit contactor KM1, LCL filter, rectifier unit, inverter unit and output reactor.
The total electricity saving is 313,200 kWh, which is equivalent to saving 125.28 tons of standard coal, and reducing pollution emissions by 85.2 tons of carbon dust, 312.26 tons of carbon dioxide (CO₂), 9.4 tons of sulfur dioxide (SO₂), and 4.7 tons of nitrogen oxides (NOx).
