On the single-end terminal insertion machine, its action axis is divided into wire spool, cutter axis, translation axis, clamping line axis, translation axis, rubber shell shaft, head stripping shaft, tail stripping shaft, swing arm shaft, twisting spool, etc. The actions between each axis are trivial, the azimuth correlation is high, and there are different actions to choose according to different processes, requiring all processes to be completed with the highest power.

The servo high-response control meets the control requirements of high-speed and short stroke in the end cutting and translation axis ending stage.

Codesys programming channels and rich language types facilitate the completion of customers' control needs and promotion transformation.

The bus servo data read/write cycle is at the ms level, which can easily complete the reading and writing of key data and complete the monitoring operation of the central process data

1. Initialize the back-to-origin

The principle of initialization is that it can be separated from the azimuth between the arbitrary axes to ensure a smooth return to the original!

The servo drive uses a 23-bit multiturn positive value encoder, and the servo can be 0 in the positive direction during the initialization process.

2. Head stripping and beating end process

The head strips the shaft to open the line skin, and the translation axis is mainly in the direction of the end. N wire harnesses, there are N times and N-1 spacing. The translation axis is translated to the beating end position, and the displacement is N-1 times according to the preset hitting distance between the hitting ends, and the number of hitting ends is N. In order to increase the production power, the displacement and the terminal machine are started together, as long as the displacement time is less than the end time. The servo only needs 75ms for each end displacement, which fully meets the process requirements.

In order to facilitate debugging and investigation, a delay can be added before each start to investigate the completion status of each terminal.

Pan and end actions: start together→ end → delay → start together→ end → delay → finish.

3. Multi-form switching

Considering the diversity of the customer's cable finishing function, the equipment has been switched in various forms, such as:

4. Best power process

The timing of actions in different forms is different, which will inevitably lead to some actions not being performed, and there will be a certain waiting time at this moment, which will reduce the operating power.

The system can automatically optimize the operation sequence according to the actual operation form selected by the customer, skip the unnecessary waiting time and unnecessary stopping directions, and greatly reduce the end time.

In addition, the equipment also supports online change of control form, that is, the equipment can switch the selection function in the work project, and the system matches the current cycle or the next cycle according to the current end stage to switch the form, without stopping or returning to the original to switch the form. The handling power is greatly improved.

5. Finish data interaction

The system selects Ethercat bus for data interaction, the data read/write cycle is ms-level, and the real-time data such as bearing, speed, and torque are observed on all axes through the synchronization cycle, and the optimization of the central process is completed, which greatly improves the flexibility and stability of the equipment.
