Built to withstand harsh environments, the MP Series infrared scanners provide accurate, edge-to-edge, real-time thermal imaging and temperature measurement for continuous processes. At a scan speed of 300Hz, 1024 data points can be scanned at a time, allowing you to find fault temperature points (e.g., hot spots) before anomalies occur.

Each system is available in a variety of spectral and temperature ranges to suit a variety of uses. They are also available with a wide range of hardware and software designed for special applications and industrial environments.

With scanning speeds of up to 300Hz and the ability to scan up to 1024 data points in a single pass, the MP line scanner series even shows the full picture of high-speed manufacturing processes. In addition, the scanner has a field of view of up to 90° and uses 200:1 resolution optics that can sample three times per spot on the target surface to ensure accurate temperature readings.

Each line scanner is also equipped with a built-in line laser, which allows for quick target alignment, which in turn reduces installation costs. Integrated water cooling and air purging, as well as an optional waterproof housing, aids in scanner maintenance. The MP Series infrared scanners also allow users to use existing networks with pre-wired cables for connection to a standard PC for quick installation. The system's versatile Datatemp®DP software also allows you to create custom operating parameters and easily display thermal imaging and temperature profiles.
