1 Overview
Textile machinery is mainly divided into front spinning, middle weaving and rear dyeing and finishing, and the main role of the dyeing and finishing process is based on different raw materials woven into the textile products, before being delivered to the end user, the chemical treatment of the main process, in order to ensure the use value of the textile products. As an important part of the post-dyeing and finishing process, the washing machine (see Figure 1) realizes the efficient cleaning of the fabric through a variety of washing processes, such as spraying, soaking, suction, etc., combined with the high-performance automatic drive control system, to ensure the white cleanliness and gloss of the fabric. In other words, the washing machine, as a connecting model, plays an extremely important role in the quality of the entire process.
The key control technologies of the washing machine include good tension control in the form of speed regulation and high-precision synchronous control. As a complete solution provider with decades of application experience, Lenze provides high-performance drive products and a wide range of application templates to easily and efficiently implement the requirements of equipment control.
2 Lenze Solution
2.1 Lenze's main products
1) C300 Controller: Designed for centralized motion control, the logic control (PLC), motion control and visualization functions are perfectly integrated in a single device, which can save space and intelligently undertake all related control tasks. The time frame can be accurate to 1μs to ensure high-precision output control, the USB flash drive realizes automatic standard setting and data backup, the built-in network server realizes fault diagnosis, the program development platform and standards in line with industry standards ensure future scalability, and the diversified communication methods and rich IO scalability all show the superior performance of the control product.
2) 8400 series inverter: suitable for a wide range of drive tasks, with or without speed feedback. Thanks to an optimized configuration programming software platform and flexible accessory options, controlled movements are easily realized. Communication can also be done via the bus system when required, and the built-in braking management also significantly reduces process downtime losses and optimizes energy use.
3) High-performance geared motor: functionally expandable, with high reduction ratio distribution density, it can be easily debugged according to the necessary process parameters. The high efficiency of the gear units and motors ensures superior drive performance for any need.
2.2 Lenze System Solutions
The Lenze system solution mainly uses the 8400 StateLine inverter as the main motor drive and control component, through one-to-one or one-to-many connection, as well as the rich functional modules provided by the built-in software platform, flexibly configurable input and output signals, and encoder signals supporting up to 10kHz HTL, to achieve closed-loop control of the speed of the motor.
In addition, a tension sensor is installed on each water washing box equipment, which is used to detect the actual tension of the current fabric in the washing process, and the parameter can also be given to the controller through the analog input port of 8400StateLine, and then the corresponding data is analyzed and processed through the internal program, and the control instructions are optimized according to the predetermined mathematical model and operation rules, so that the control accuracy of the whole system is further improved.
The upper controller c300 carries out high-speed real-time data interaction with each 8400 StateLine driver connected to the same network through the CANopen bus, collects the value of the speed or other important parameters of each station, completes the calculation and processing through the internal high-speed core, and quickly communicates the optimization control command to the inverter of each station according to the process requirements, so as to realize the high-precision synchronous control between each station efficiently and quickly.
