In the instruction manual of the inverter, there is a column that discusses in detail the fault code display of the inverter.

　　1. Short-circuit maintenanceIf there is short-circuit maintenance on the side of the inverter's operation, "0" means that the inverter has short-circuit elements inside or outside. There are several reasons for this:

(1) In this case, if the load is thrown off, the inverter and the load are disconnected, and the inverter is opened empty, and the inverter should work normally. At this time, we use a megohmmeter (or a shake meter) to measure the motor insulation, the motor winding will be short-circuited to the ground, or the insulation of the motor wire and terminal board will deteriorate, and the motor and auxiliary equipment should be checked at this moment.

(2) Internal problems of the inverterIf there is no problem with the load after the above detection, and the inverter is still short-circuited and maintained when it is empty, this is an internal problem of the inverter and should be swept away. On the side of the module of the inverter bridge, if a certain junction of the IGBT breaks down, it will form a short circuit maintenance, which can cause the bridge arm to break down, or even fail to power it, and the front circuit breaker will trip. In this case, it is generally only allowed to send electricity again to prevent the expansion of the fault and the formation of a greater loss, and the manufacturer should be contacted for repair.

(3) There is a problem with the internal disturbance or detection circuit of the inverter, and the internal disturbance of some machines is also easy to form such problems, and the inverter is not too big a problem at this moment, only uninterrupted and irregular short-circuit maintenance, that is, the so-called mismaintenance, which is the formation of disturbance. The short-circuit maintenance of the inverter is generally shunted and sampled from the positive and negative buses of the main circuit, and the current sensor is transmitted to the main control chip for maintenance through the detection of the main control board. Regarding the problem of disturbance, the current low-voltage and high-power and medium and high-voltage inverters are equipped with photoelectric isolation, but there are also disturbances, mainly because the control line of the current sensor is unreasonable, and the line can be routed alone, away from the power line, strong voltage, high current line and other lines with strong electromagnetic radiation, or choose shielded wires to enhance the ability to resist disturbance and prevent mismaintenance.
