Introduction: Panasonic tungsten argon arc welding machine 300WX4 has a variety of welding modes such as AC TIG, DC TIG, MIX TIG, etc., and the AC welding arc has three arc functions of flexible, rigid and hybrid arc for selection. Compared with the ordinary AC TIG method, the MIX TIG method improves the welding performance and greatly reduces the electrode loss. The instantaneous arc striking rate is close to 100%. AC welding uses a freely adjustable rectangular wave with a switchable output frequency between 70Hz and 100Hz for high-quality welding of 6000 and 7000 series aluminum alloys as well as aluminum bronze. Two WX welding machines can implement the double-sided eutectic pool welding process through coordinated control, and realize the efficient welding of aluminum.
