High-speed spot welding
By reducing the weight of the arm, using a high-output true rotary motor, and a new anti-vibration control, the short pitch operation time, which accounts for the main part of the spot welding operation, has been shortened, and the cycle time has been greatly reduced by improving the gun shaft operation sequence of the welding gun.
Built-in cable, air hose
By installing a hollow part in the center of the upper arm and hand yard, it is possible to build cables and air tubes from the base of the robot to the end of the peacock. As a result, there is no need to consider the interference between the cables and the air pipes of the adjacent robot or peripheral equipment due to the external winding method during offline teaching or after the robot is installed. At the same time, the efficiency of offline and on-site teaching operations has also been greatly improved.
Increased installation freedom
Since the installation area and body size are greatly reduced compared to conventional models, the robot can be installed at a high density while the cables and air hose are built-in.
