On the morning of October 9, 213 Electric Group organized the heads of various departments, branches, independent operating companies and system management personnel, review and guidance to hold the first meeting of the 2020 quality Q/environmental E/safety S management system review, and Vice President Shi Suquan presided over the meeting. During the five-day review, the experts of the CQC review team went deep into various departments, departments and production sites, and conducted an in-depth review of the management system of the company's headquarters, development zone and Xi'an company through communication with management personnel, investigation data, sampling verification, on-site observation, communication and other methods and methods. After 5 days of review of the whole process, the review team successfully completed the review of various departments, and after communicating with the leaders of our group company, the last meeting was held on the afternoon of October 14. At the last meeting, Zhang Jianming's leadership fully affirmed the effective operation of our company's three systems, and reported the review, pointing out that the three management systems of 213 Electric Group meet the requirements of the system standards, the system operation continues to be effective, the supervision and review of the quality/environmental management system and the exchange review of the occupational health and safety management system passed, and the five non-conforming reports and problems found in the review put forward rectification requirements and rectification deadlines. In addition, Zhang Jianming put forward suggestions on the operation of the three management systems. First, we should remember that product quality is designed, and risk identification and analysis should be emphasized from the beginning of design. The second is to pay attention to the traceability of PCN change time nodes, do a good job in change management in quality management, and eliminate problems in the prevention stage.
