When designing the frame of a sanitary plate heat exchanger, we consider issues such as cleaning and maintenance. The sturdy nylon rollers allow the movable cover to open effortlessly, and the locking bushing with ball bearings allows it to close tightly again. The use of the product has never been easier!

Top leak resistance
Our Sonder Safe technology is a two-wall plate system designed so that any leaks, albeit rarely, can be seen from the outside of the plate heat exchanger. This safety measure ensures that faulty units can be quickly identified and replaced.
Since all leaks occur externally (not internally), the fluids are always separated. For applications where clean media must be ensured at any cost, double-wall sanitary plate heat exchangers are the ideal solution.
