Frequent maintenance or cleaning on an irregular basis can lead to longer production times and product losses, all of which are undesirable consequences of working with difficult-to-handle media.
Our engineers have designed a SONDEX® free-flow solution that can reliably deliver the highest performance and gentle media handling while maximizing service intervals. If you are working with media that contains solids, fibers, or other particles, you can further extend service intervals with a regular backflush system.
Easy cleaning process and maximum uptime
For media with a tendency to fouling, CIP (cleaning-in-place) is the preferred option. The efficient design of the SONDEX® free-flow cytometry system ensures a low hold-up volume, which minimizes the number of chemicals required for the CIP process, significantly reducing cleaning time while protecting the environment.
