FX3U-FLROM-16 Introduction: Mitsubishi PLC Memory Box Module Three memory boxes can be installed to the FX3U CPU, and once installed, the internal programs of the memory box will be used to replace the RAM memory. The FX3U-FLROM-64L comes with a program transfer button that allows for a permanent override of RAM-based programs. FX3U Battery - This battery provides continuous power to the FX3U's RAM memory in the event of a power failure. The FX3U-USB-AW converts the USB interface to RS422, allowing the FX3U PLC to be programmed directly using the PC's USB port as well as the GX Developer or GX IEC Developer programming software.
