More computing speed, more powerful features

• Adopt a new platform with faster processing speed, 1000 commonly used instructions with a scanning cycle time of 0.3ms. At the same time, it provides 8K instructions of program storage space and 20K bytes (V area + M area) of data storage space, which provides a guarantee for the implementation of complex control programs. The array function is supported, and a maximum of 16 arrays are supported, and each array allows a maximum of 1024 elements (the elements can be any data type supported by KPLC). Users can use the array function to find the maximum, minimum, average, sort and other functions, and can also use the array to further expand the data storage space. Stacking function is supported, and up to 2 stacks are supported, and each stack allows up to 1024 elements (elements can be any data type supported by KPLC). • The K606 can add 1 CAN bus interface through the BD board. The CAN interface supports the CANOpen master function, allowing up to 64 slaves to be connected, and each slave is allowed to allow up to 8 TPDOs and 8 RPDOs, and supports error control modes such as node protection and heartbeat. The CAN interface supports the Kinco motion control protocol and provides easy-to-use positioning control instructions, users can easily connect to Kinco's servos and stepper drives through the CAN bus, and the Kinco motion control protocol supports the connection of up to 16 nodes.

Multiple high-speed pulse input and pulse output channels

• K606 provides 4 high-speed pulse counters, supporting multiple modes of counting; Among them, the highest counting frequency of HSC0 and HSC1 is 200KHz, and the highest counting frequency of HSC2 and HSC3 is 20KHz for single phase and 10KHz for double phase. The K606 provides 4 high-speed pulse output channels, of which the maximum output frequency of channel 0--2 is 200KHz, and the maximum output frequency of channel 3 is 10KHz. All channels support PTO (Pulse Train, Pulse + Direction) and PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) outputs, while the software provides PLS (PWM or PTO), positioning control command group, PFLO_F (follow command), etc., which is convenient for users to implement simple motion control applications.

Compatible with K5 series

• K6 series PLC is fully compatible with the functions of K5: the IO channel and power supply wiring are completely consistent; You can run K5 programs directly; It can be connected directly to the expansion modules of the K5 series.
