Project Background:
In recent years, the rapid development of China's pan-semiconductor industry, customers' requirements for quality, and factories' pursuit of efficiency and management have prompted the intelligent manufacturing of the pan-semiconductor industry to enter the fast lane. The high difficulty and complexity of pan-semiconductor manufacturing have extremely high requirements for automated production. In this context, Taizhi Technology and Jieka Robot jointly create a SiP automatic warehousing and logistics solution to empower the pan-semiconductor industry with flexible and intelligent manufacturing and quality and efficiency improvement.
SiP (System-in-package) is the integration of a variety of functional chips, including processors, memories and other functional chips, in a package, so as to achieve a basically complete function.

The collaborative robots of the Jieka Xiaozhu series combine with the external axis to expand the range of motion, and one robot corresponds to multiple storage machines, with high production efficiency; It has the function of collision protection to avoid the material being damaged; Support multi-device linkage communication, when loading and unloading, in order to avoid pressing the material, the sensor will send the corresponding signal to the thrift-saving robot, and the robot will skip the current point after receiving the signal; Flexible design, good compatibility, can quickly change production, realize parameterization and fine management, and improve the informatization and intelligence level of the production line.
Project Results:
1. The traditional pan-semiconductor warehousing and logistics production line adopts manual feeding, which may cause problems such as pinching, and automatic warehousing is unmanned management to ensure production safety and save labor costs.
2. The cycle time meets customer needs, the production efficiency reaches 23 seconds/piece, and the production capacity is about 150 pieces/hour.
