The JK Series digital pressure test gauges feature sensor technology with 0.2% full-scale accuracy and are available in two finishing materials, Ha C276/316 stainless steel wetted (range < 1,500 psi) and 15-5 PH stainless steel wetted material (range ≥ 1,500 psi or greater) with high overpressure protection.
Sensor technology provides enhanced accuracy over the entire pressure range. The JK has no moving parts, has a long life, and reduces the number of recalibrations. The stainless steel NEMA construction also provides EMI and RFI protection. The JK is equipped with a high-resolution and easy-to-read digital display. Operator error is eliminated due to interpolation or parallax errors in hash marks.
The Model JKW is powered by one or two regular 9 V alkaline batteries. The Model JKT is powered by a 110 Vac adapter. The Model JKV is powered from 11 Vdc to 32 Vdc power supplies. Each unit has a membrane surface with raised buttons, as well as haptic feedback for setup and operation. High, low and clear buttons are easily accessible on the front membrane.
Each unit comes standard with zero adjustment and zero offset/tare functions. Calibration and setting parameters are stored on the memory chip, which prevents data loss in the event of a power failure. Internal security features also prevent unauthorized set-up and calibration. Combined applications of front panel buttons can be deactivated.
