The digital force indicator type LK is a highly portable force measuring device. Powered by a 9 V battery, it is compact and can be easily carried over long distances to perform force measurement calibrations. The unit can measure tension and pressure over capacities up to 10,000 lb. The peak capture function displays the maximum reading taken at the push of a button.
The load cell can be mounted at a distance to minimize the risk of damage to the instrument's electronic body. The sensors and indicators are made of stainless steel and can withstand the occasional misoperation in the field. Load cells and measuring instruments can be equipped with optional handles. Each unit has a membrane surface with raised buttons, as well as haptic feedback for setup and operation.
High, low and clear buttons are easily accessible on the front membrane. Each unit comes standard with zero adjustment and zero offset/tare functions. Calibration and setting parameters are stored on the memory chip, which prevents data loss in the event of a power failure. Internal security features also prevent unauthorized set-up and calibration. Combined applications of front panel buttons can be deactivated.
