Honeywell calibrated pressure sensor Model AG401

This model includes a pressure sensor and digital readout combination and is designed for industrial and laboratory applications. Accu-Gage offers portability, high accuracy, industrial-grade durability, and a competitive price. Accu-Gage units are also suitable for panel mounting and can be used on process lines or as in-line quality management monitors to provide clear pressure or vacuum readings to machine operators.

They can also typically be connected to a statistical process control system using an RS-232 or RS-485 interface. For harsh industrial applications, the Accu-Gage features a metal housing and handle to protect the plastic from failure caused by shock or vibration. These gauges are often used as an alternative to precision scales, mercury, and quartz tube barometers.

The Model AG-400 digital pressure indicator in the Accu-Gage series offers ultra-high accuracy (0.05% F.S.) and overall stability. High stability required by metrology and calibration/standards laboratories. Honeywell chose to pair all AG-400 sensors with reliable, high-precision pressure sensors. The sensors are weathered during manufacturing in accordance with strict procedures.

In addition, all Accu-Gage instruments are individually weathered prior to shipment, so the AG is subjected to both sensor and instrument-level burn-in tests to provide users with additional advantages. This really improves the long-term stability of the instrument, allowing the Accu-Gage to serve as the standard for high-integrity pressure transfer.
