Features:

Memosens 2.0 supports the expansion of the memory unit, the storage of calibration and process parameters, and the ability to identify trends even better, providing the perfect basis for the implementation of predictive maintenance and improved IIoT services in the future.

No risk of glass breakage: The non-glass PEEK shaft ensures high product safety and avoids the adverse effects of glass breakage.

The sensors are certified for drug compatibility and drug compliance (optional Pharma CoC) to ensure product safety.

The electrodes are resistant to hot steam, autoclaving, and autoclaving processes and are stable for long-term measurements.

Low maintenance: ISFET technology is unaffected by temperature fluctuations, enables accurate measurement of acids and lyes, and long calibration intervals.

Compared to conventional IISFET pH electrodes, CIP is up to six times more stable and has a long lifetime, even when used in cleaning-in-place processes.

Highest process safety: Thanks to the non-contact, inductive signal transmission, humid and corrosive conditions have no effect on the measurement.
