2. Disassembly: Disassemble the industrial tablet case after wearing the anti-static wrist strap. After the industrial tablet is used for a period of time, the parts in the case will be very dirty, especially where there is a heat sink, so it should be removed and cleaned one by one.

3. Clean the CPU: Remove the CPU fan and separate the small fan from the heat sink. When cleaning, use an oil brush first, and then blow with an earwash ball. Some of the blades are denser, and the appearance of the glossy fine lines is more difficult to clean, you can wrap a paper towel on the key, and then push the key into the slot of the heat sink, so that it can be cleaned more thoroughly. Wipe back and blow with an earwash ball. This method can also be used to clean the heatsink on the chipset or display chip.

4. Clean the motherboard: If the motherboard is not too dirty, you don't have to remove it. Use an oil brush to blow the inner wall of the motherboard and the case with a hair dryer, pay attention to control the time and interval of the blowing, if the motherboard is dirty, you need to remove the motherboard from the case. Use an oil paintbrush to roughly sweep away the floating dust, brushing both sides of the front. Be careful to clean the hair that falls off the oil brush. Then use an ear wash ball to blow on the slots and corners that have not been brushed.

5. Expansion card and memory dust removal: First take out the graphics card, sound card, network card and other expansion cards, and the dust on the card can be cleaned with an oil paintbrush first. Pay attention to not being next to the industrial tablet when cleaning, otherwise the dust will fall back, and it will be in vain, and the subsequent operations will be the same. Use an earwash ball to blow hygienic dead spots on the expansion card, such as component pins that are close to each other. Then use an oil paint brush again.

6. Clean the gold finger of the expansion card: Use an eraser to scrub the gold finger on the board card. Be sure to choose an elastic eraser for erasing pencil words, if the eraser is too hard and rough, it may form a wear and tear of gold fingers.

7. Clean the hard disk: The metal shell of the hard disk can be scrubbed with a paper towel or a dull soft cloth, and the circuit board should be dusted with an oil brush.

8. Clean the cables: After the hard disk is cleaned, it is time to clean all kinds of cables, and scrub the data cables and power cables with paper towels or dry cloths.

9. Clean the chassis: The inner and outer walls of the chassis need to be cleaned. As mentioned earlier, if there is a lot of dust and dirt in the case, you should wipe off the dust and dirt with a dry cloth before the hair dryer blows. To clean the outer wall of the case, wipe off the dust with a dry cloth, then use a sponge dipped in detergent and scrub. Wash the sponge with water and dry it before using it. After the cleaning is completed, you can install the parts that were cleaned in the previous steps, cover the case cover, and the main engine part will be cleaned up.

10. Clean industrial display: The cleaning of industrial display is divided into two parts, which are cleaning the shell of the industrial display and cleaning the contact display screen. When cleaning the industrial display, make sure to block the power supply, do not use a dripping rag or sponge, especially when scrubbing the upper heat dissipation holes, it is best to use a dry cloth to prevent the accidental occurrence of water ingress into the display. The contact display enclosure is cleaned in the same way as the outer wall of the chassis, with detergent. To clean the display screen, wipe it with a soft, wringed out cloth and then gently scrub it with a paper towel. Be careful not to scrub with organic solvents such as alcohol! Many displays have anti-reflection coatings on the surface of their screens, which can be damaged by organic solvents.
