The station is mainly composed of Elite EC66 collaborative robots combined with Ningzhi's force control process package, using Onrobot grinding tools. The core of the whole application is the stable trajectory of Elite robot and the force control process package of Ningzhi.
Action Description:
1. Through the polishing trajectory of the teaching, guide the robot to complete the workpiece grinding work.
2. During the whole trajectory process, Ningzhi's force control system continuously sends real-time position information to the Elite robot through sensors and robot position feedback, so as to keep the tool can be applied to the grinding object with a constant force throughout the trajectory.
3D trajectory gluing
The station is mainly composed of Elite EC66 collaborative robots, Elson 3D vision systems, glue guns and workbenches. The demonstration station demonstrates the gluing of the hood of the car, using the "golden template" method to position the product and guide the robot to complete the gluing track.
