Industrial computer generally refers to the industrial control computer, which is a general term for the detection and control of the production process and its mechanical and electrical equipment and process equipment by using a bus structure. The distributed control system is a new generation of instrument control system based on microprocessor, which adopts the design principles of decentralized control function, centralized display operation, autonomy and comprehensive coordination. Distributed control system is abbreviated as DCS, which can also be literally translated as "distributed control system" or "distributed computer control system". It adopts the basic design idea of decentralized control, centralized operation and management, and adopts a multi-layered hierarchical and cooperative and autonomous structural form. Its main feature is its centralized management and decentralized control. DCS has been widely used in various industries such as electric power, metallurgy, and petrochemical.
FCS (Fieldbus Control System): The Fieldbus Control System is an all-digital serial, two-way communication system. Measurement and control devices such as probes, exciters and controllers within the system can be connected, monitored and controlled with each other. In the classification of the factory network, it is not only used as a local network for process control (such as PLC, LC, etc.) and the application of intelligent instruments (such as frequency converters, valves, barcode readers, etc.), but also has the embedded function of distributing control applications on the network.
CNC (numerical control system): CNC system is the abbreviation of digital control system, English name is (Numerical Control System), according to the control program stored in the computer memory, the execution of part or all of the numerical control functions, and equipped with interface circuits and servo drive device special computer system. Through the use of numbers, words and symbols composed of digital instructions to achieve one or more mechanical equipment action control, it usually controls position, angle, speed and other mechanical quantities and switching quantities.
Industrial control has always been a bottleneck restricting China's equipment industry and even product upgrading. The equipment manufacturing industry is the core and foundation of industry, which determines the level of national industry and science and technology, as well as its position in the global division of labor.
For machine tools and other industrial machine tools, as a domestic manufacturer, Siemens or Mitsubishi is required to provide overall motion control solutions, and the core motion control products such as linear motors, AC servo motors and systems for precise motion control of the core components or application solutions are provided by foreign multinational companies as a whole, from products to technology are designed by foreign companies. Domestic manufacturers engaged in machine tool manufacturing are more from the perspective of application to understand the function of these key components, how to use, and finally integrate them into a set of mechanical equipment.
