The level of the liquid in the cleaning tank determines the distance of the ultrasonic wave to the workpiece after the reflection of the liquid surface, which affects the quality of cleaning.
(1) When the cleaning liquid is recycled, the liquid flow rate of the pipeline between the tanks determines the height of the liquid level, and the accuracy of monitoring and the simplicity of installation and maintenance are very important.
(2) When the cleaning liquid is not recycled, the flow rate of the pipeline that injects the liquid into the cleaning tank alone has a great influence on the height of the liquid level.
Temperature control of the condenser
The function of the condenser is to convert the water from the gaseous state to the liquid state, and the control of the temperature of all internal condensation determines the efficiency of liquefaction, when the condensation effect is not good, it may lead to insufficient amount of liquid water and the mixing of bubbles, which ultimately affects the quality of cleaning.
