In daily life, smart phones are commonplace, but its production is not easy, a qualified smart phone has more than 80 processes, thousands of high-precision parts, each production link is very demanding. The customer provides high-precision parts and components for consumer electronics manufacturers such as smart phones, and the existing automated production line is composed of laser cutting machines, servo motors, and vision cameras, of which each laser cutting machine needs to be matched with 1 production line worker, and finally achieve the purpose of automatic production of products. The main demand of the customer to upgrade the production line with the introduction of collaborative robots is to better meet the needs of flexible production and reduce the difficulty and cost of product transformation and debugging. In addition, the customer also hopes that the deployment of collaborative robots occupies a reasonable space, and the safety and application efficiency can be qualitatively improved.

In line with the customer's demands, the E10 collaborative robot was installed on a seventh-axis of the overhead rail by means of flip assembly, which cleverly expanded the working range of the E10, so that it could load and unload the four laser cutting machines directly below at the same time. The repeated positioning accuracy of the E10 collaborative robot is as high as ±0.03mm, and it is equipped with an end vision camera, which can realize the precise positioning of the product and fully meet the requirements of the laser cutting machine's discharging accuracy of about 0.1mm.

In actual production applications, Han's Robot E10 is easy to learn and use, supports graphical programming, zero-force drag teaching, greatly reduces the professional requirements of the operator, and a staff member with no experience in the use of collaborative robots can quickly master the main operation of the E10 collaborative robot within 1 day, and the threshold for getting started is low. The E10 cobot is compatible with various types of end-effectors, and can be switched flexibly and conveniently, and can grasp materials of various models and sizes, so that on-site debugging and product switching no longer require complicated operations.

In terms of human-machine collaboration safety, Han's Robot's full range of products adopts the industry's most advanced electromagnetic brakes, which have the advantages of short braking distance and short duration, and when a collision is detected or a sudden power failure or emergency stop is encountered, the robot can make a correct response in milliseconds, lock the posture in situ, and ensure the safety of personnel.

Due to the compact layout of the customer's plant, the existing production line does not support large-scale transformation, and the cobot has to complete the processes of reclaiming, loading and handling in a small working space, which puts forward high requirements for the flexibility of the cobot. With a payload weight of 10KG, the E10 cobot has a range of motion of ± 360° for each joint, making it flexible in tight spaces, allowing the end to reach more and more difficult positions.
