The LR-X series is a reflective digital laser sensor that realizes an ultra-small design. Can be installed in very tight spaces. It is possible to reduce the design and adjustment man-hours to secure the installation space, and it is easy to install. The presence of a workpiece is detected by the distance to the workpiece, not by the amount of light received. The 3 million-fold high-definition dynamic range reduces the influence of the color and shape of the workpiece, enabling stable inspection. In addition, the standard detection height difference is as low as 0.5 mm, so thin workpieces can also be inspected. It also features an ultra-high-definition display that can accurately read characters. From setup to maintenance, the vast majority of people can easily operate through the manual display, without having to read the instruction manual. In addition to Japanese, the display language can also be switched to global languages such as Chinese, English, and German.
