Introduction: The Danfoss/Danfoss drive VLT® DriveMotor FCP 106 connects the stand-alone VLT® DriveMotor FCP 106 to an induction motor or permanent magnet motor of your choice for energy savings and complete flexibility in motor type and system design. Installation is made easy with an integrated cooling system and a self-contained, adjustable motor adapter plate. The VLT® DriveMotor FCP 106 can also be installed near the motor using a wall-mounted adapter plate.

The built-in DC reactor reduces THDi to less than 46%, extending drive life and minimizing harmonic loads on the mains
Flexible connectivity with integrated FC protocols, Modbus and BACnet, or optional communication protocols such as Profibus.
With an IP66/Type 4X outdoor-grade chassis and PCB protection, the drive operates reliably in wet, dirty, and corrosive conditions
Enabling sleep mode saves energy and extends the life of the drive
The high overload capability enables applications with high starting torque
The MCM 101 VLT® memory module enables OEMs and machine builders to simplify factory setup, speed up commissioning, and simplify drive updates
Since there is no need to control external components such as monitoring equipment, installation and maintenance costs are reduced
