1 Introduction

In order to ensure the stability and accuracy of all aspects of the production line, the Lenze automation control system is used, and the product line covers controllers, servo drives, inverters, servo motors and reducers. For this reason, Lenze meets the requirements of such devices with excellent performance, high accuracy and customer customization.
2 Lenze Solution
High-end thermoforming machines generally consist of stations such as forming, punching, punching, cutting, stacking, and traction. In Lenze's high-end solution, the system consists of the p500/p300 series panel controllers, the 3200C series motion controllers, the I/O 1000 series IO modules, the i700 series servo drives, the MCA series asynchronous servo motors, and the g500 series geared motors. The software adopts PLC-Designer programming software based on Codesys 3.0, Lenze's FAST Temple programming template and the mature FAST module process, so that the program can be modularly programmed like building blocks, bringing customers a professional, fast and mature experience, which not only saves debugging time, but also reduces program failures. In terms of communication, EtherNet is used to connect the touch screen p300/p500 and 3200C controllers, and EtherCAT is used as the motion bus between the controller and the servo, and the positioning function of the mold table adopts Lenze 8400motec inverter all-in-one machine, and the communication is established through the CANOpen interface of 3200C to control the positioning work of each mold table. The heating system uses I/O 1000 process modules, thermocouple and thermoelectric input modules, and high-speed switching output modules. It is composed of a FAST module PID temperature control module, which can achieve high-precision and stable temperature control. The detailed system composition is shown in Topology Figure 1.
The mid-range thermoforming machine generally consists of two stations: forming and traction. In Lenze's mid-range solution, the system consists of a p300 series touch screen, a c300 series motion controller, an IO 1000 series IO module, an i700 series servo drive, an MCA series asynchronous servo motor, and a g500 series geared motor. The software adopts PLC-Designer programming software based on Codesys 3.0, adopts Lenze's FAST Temple programming template and FAST module process module, selects mature forming and traction program function blocks, so as to complete the main movement program of the equipment, brings professional, fast and mature process template program to the equipment manufacturer, saves debugging time and reduces program failure. The p300 touch screen and c300 controller adopt Ethernet communication, EtherCAT is used as the motion bus to connect the controller and servo drive, and the heating system of mid-end equipment is usually controlled by instrument, and the mold table positioning is controlled by manipulator wheel or ordinary three motors, and the detailed system composition is shown in Figure 2.
