Introduction: WA series of angular turn pneumatic membrane actuator is a kind of pneumatic diaphragm actuator that can be directly matched with the rotary type of control valve, the actuator is a variant of the HA actuator, the control signal by the regulating instrument, the air pressure converted by the electrical conversion is input into the air chamber, acting on the film to produce thrust, compressing the spring, so that the push rod moves down until it is balanced with the reaction force of the spring, the transmission pin on the push rod drives the crank to rotate, the output angular displacement, when the actuator is connected with the valve to be adjusted, It should be used in combination with a positioner so that the angular displacement of the output shaft is fed back to the positioner according to the magnitude of the signal, and accurate positioning can be achieved.
Features:
The conversion from straight stroke to angular stroke has been realized inside the actuator, and the rest of the conversion links are not required;
