Introduction: G2070 soft seal ball valve absorbs the advantages of ball valves with different structures. Low seat wear, excellent sealing, long service life, and excellent cut-off performance. The full-bore design has small fluid pressure loss, and is suitable for the cutting and conveying control of various clean, hard-solid particles, impurities, liquids, gases and other fluids. The valve fully complies with the relevant provisions of the United States Petroleum Institute API6D standard in terms of performance. The connection size with the actuator conforms to the ISO 5211 standard, which can be easily combined with various actuators, with simple structure, superior performance, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability.
Features:
1. Seal the structure tightly and reliably
The seat structure is designed as an axial floating type (DN>200), which realizes sealing through spring preload at low pressure, and reasonably applies the principle of piston effect to automatically achieve reliable sealing at high pressure by using medium pressure.
With many years of manufacturing experience, the elastic double seat seal is designed with elastic force double seal seat structure, which can exert its very good sealing performance in high pressure, low pressure and even in vacuum state.
2. Sealing structure between valve bodies
The sealing between the valve bodies relies on the double insurance of O-ring and winding gasket, and the metal-to-metal hard contact between the main and auxiliary valve bodies is used to prevent damage due to excessive compression and deformation of the gasket, and can also avoid the change of valve operating torque caused by external force, and at the same time prevent leakage at the moment of fire accident and prevent the fire from spreading outward.
3. Anti-static structure
The structure of the valve can prevent the accumulation of static electricity caused by the long-term friction between the medium and the valve trim, which may cause dangerous accidents such as fire and explosion.
4. Stem sealing and perfect protection measures
The letter packing is adopted, and the grease filling valve can be installed at the stuffing box according to the customer's requirements to inject the sealing grease to ensure that the seal has no leakage. The stainless steel stuffing box excludes the adverse effects of rusting of carbon steel parts on the packing, and at the same time, the bracketless direct connection structure between the valve body and the actuator completely excludes the external dust particles from entering the packing box, straining the valve stem, damaging the packing, and causing leakage.
5. Two-way truncation and bleeding
When the valve is in the fully open or fully closed position, the medium in the cavity of the valve body can be vented through the blowdown device, and the overpressure in the cavity of the valve body can also be automatically discharged to the low pressure side through the valve seat.
6. Various ways of operation
The connection dimensions of the valve body assembly to the actuator are in accordance with ISO 5211 and can be easily combined with a variety of actuators. Commonly used driving methods are manual, pneumatic, electric, electro-hydraulic, etc.
7. Sewage and middle cavity cleaning
The lower part of the valve body is equipped with a blowdown valve, which can remove the water in the valve in time after the valve pressure test test to prevent the rust of the valve body. During the operation of the valve, the cavity of the valve body can be vented and cleaned.
