With the development trend of 5G and smart home products, the application of digital lighting system and building automation has attracted more and more attention. How to effectively integrate all the lighting systems of the building or smart home, together with the automatic control of the building, will be the trend of the future. Stepping into the (B.A) building automation system, in addition to providing KNX building automation system related products, we officially launched the DLC-02 controller of the lighting system that conforms to the DALI-2 specification and is digitally controlled; As well as the product that can be effectively integrated into the KNX building automation system (KNX to DALI Gateway) - DLC-02-KN, users can choose the right product for deployment according to the field planning.
The DLC-02 series is designed with Class II insulated plastic enclosure and DIN Rail (144mm width) hanging rail, which can be quickly installed in the distribution box and is convenient for deployment with other building automation products. The series complies with the latest DALI-2 control device (Part 103) specification and is supplied with two independent DALI buses. The built-in DALI power supply can supply up to 250mA and can be equipped with up to 64 luminaires (Control gear-Part 102/207) and 12 wall switches or sensors (Input device-Part 301-304) per circuit. In addition, the series integrates the latest Relay switch function (Part-208) of DALI-2, which can control electrical appliances or window cloth motors. With the built-in Timer function, the scheduling setting can be used to realize active lighting control, so that the overall digital lighting function is more complete. Users can use DLC-02 to set up lighting control for small and medium-sized areas, or select DLC-02-KN products for large areas, which can be effectively integrated into the KNX building automation system.
The DLC-02 series is designed as an all-in-one computer that can be perfectly integrated with any DALI-2 and KNX-certified peripheral. In addition to the above functions, the series has all the features of DALI-2, including simple operation, open architecture, and integration. After all the devices are installed, the user only needs to use the DLC setting software to make group and situation settings for the two main online lights, including the brightness and darkness of the lights. In addition, it can also be queried and set through the RJ45 network interface or the LCD display of the product body. The DLC-02 series complies with DALI IEC62386-101/ 103/ 207/ 208/ 301/ 302/ 303/ 304 specifications, as well as relevant international safety certifications, including EN61347/63044 and EMC Test EN55015/61547/ 63044. This will be the most fundamental lighting control system for MEAN WELL to enter digital lighting, and any DALI-2 and KNX certified peripheral products can be deployed for integrated use.
