Hequanyuan relay is a kind of control device that we use daily, in a simple sense, it is a switch, as long as the condition is satisfied, close or open. The switching characteristics of Izumi relays are widely used in a variety of control systems, especially discrete control systems. On the other hand, since the end point of an electronic circuit that is planned to be used in a certain purpose needs to interact with some mechanical equipment to a greater or lesser extent, Izumi relay also plays the role of an interface between electronic equipment and mechanical equipment.
Izumi relay is one of the commonly used Izumi relays, which are used for current maintenance and operation of electric traction systems. Its coils are connected in series to the main circuit and are used to induce line current; Its contacts are connected to the operating circuit and act as actuators. Harmony relays reflect the current signal. Common Hequan relays are under-Hequan relays and over-Hequan relays.
The under-Izumi relay (KA) is used to maintain the starting and under-current of the circuit, the out-of-line current is 30%-65% of the rated current of the coil, and the release current is 10%-20% of the rated current, therefore, when the circuit is working normally, the armature is engaged, and only when the current drops to a certain value, the Izumi relay is released, the circuit is manipulated, and then the contactor and the interrupted circuit are manipulated.
When the current of the maintained line is higher than the rated current, when the setting value of the Hequan relay is reached, the armature is engaged, the contact organization action is carried out, the circuit is powered off, and then the contactor and the time break circuit are manipulated. It plays the role of maintenance of circuit overcurrent.
JT4 series AC Izumi relay is suitable for use in AC 50Hz, 380V and below automatic operation circuits, can be used for zero voltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, center Izumi relay, and can also be used for 60Hz AC circuit.
