Introduction: The Rosemount 68Q hygienic temperature sensor is an industry-standard thermal resistance (RTD) sensor. This sensor provides flexible, reliable temperature measurement in hygienic process environments for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and life Rosemount/Rosemount temperature sensor 68Q scientific industries. The RTD is available in an easy-to-install Tri Clamp® hygienic end cap configuration, and its corrosion-resistant process connections are suitable for clean-in-place (CIP) and dead-space-free measurement applications.

Insulation resistance: When measured at 100 Vdc and room temperature, the minimum insulation resistance is 500 x 10^6 ohm
Calibration Options: Customer-specified calibration points or schedules; Callendar-Van Dusen constants are used to determine the calibration schedule
