      Measuring principle

      Thermal conductivity gas analyzers measure gas concentrations using the different thermal conductivity of two component gases. Inside the detector there is a reference chamber and a measuring chamber, and the inside is tensioned with fine platinum wires. The reference chamber is sealed with a reference (reference) gas. The platinum wire is combined with an external fixed-value resistor to form a bridge loop, and a constant current flows through each platinum wire to make it heat. If there is a change in the concentration of the measured component, the thermal conductivity of the sample gas will change accordingly, which will change the temperature of the platinum wire in the measuring chamber. By taking this temperature change in the form of a change in resistance value, the concentration of the measured gas can be calculated.
