The DC UPS module can be combined with at least one 24 V battery module and one SITOP power supply unit. This combination means that longer power failures can be bridged without any interruptions. Even when larger buffer currents are required, this DC UPS is equipped with a maintenance-free lead battery for optimal safety. It can delay power failures for up to several hours and can deliver up to 40A.

These battery modules can be connected in parallel and can bridge power failures for several hours. The bridge allows a process or part of a process to continue, record measurements without interruption, and maintain normal communication.
