Introduction: The SITRANS P200 pressure transmitter from Siemens/Siemens is a compact, single-range transmitter for measuring absolute and gauge pressure. The transmitters use two different pressure sensors: two stainless steel sensors and one ceramic sensor. As a result, the measurement of process pressure, absolute pressure and hydrostatic pressure is easy. The measured pressure is converted into a 4 – 20 mA or 0 – 10 V signal via these sensors.
