The FX3G is seen as the successor to the FX1N and will continue to uphold the concept of high quality and low price. Further backward compatibility allows the FX3G to be used in existing FX1N applications with minimal redesign. FX3GCPU compatible with existing FX2N and FX3U expansion modules, including the recently launched FX3U-ADP expansion module, and is available as an accessory for FX1NPLC. This compact PLC offers extremely fast program execution speeds, accepts up to eight special function modules, and offers maximum flexibility and control power for all automation applications. GX-DeveloperFX supports FX3G from version 8.72A.
