Introduction: ATV 32 series inverter is suitable for different power classes from 0.18 kW to 15kW for motors, and can be applied to two types of power supplies; As standard, the ATV 32 inverter integrates Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. It can be accessed via the RJ45 connector on the front of the drive.

The ATV 32 series inverters are suitable for motors in different power classes from 0.18 kW to 15 kW and are available with two types of power supplies:
200 V... 240 V single-phase, 0.18 kW to 2.2 kW (ATV 32H – ·) M2)
380 V... 500 V three-phase, 0.37 kW to 15 kW (ATV 32H – ·) N4)
To save space, several drives can be installed side by side.
As standard, the ATV 32 inverter integrates Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. It can be accessed via the RJ45 connector on the front of the drive. In order to simplify the connection of the ATV 32 frequency inverter to the CANopen machine bus, three special communication cards with different connectors are available:
CANopen daisy-chain communication card with two RJ 45 connectors
CANopen communication card with 9-pin SUB-D connector
CANopen communication card with 5-pin terminal box
In addition to the Modbus and CANopen protocols, which are accessible as standard, the ATV 32 inverter can be connected to the main industrial communication buses and networks by adding one of the following communication cards (optional):
Modbus/TCP - Ethernet/IP serial interface
PROFIBUS DP V1, DeviceNet
EtherCAT
