Features:

The Memosens COS81E is designed in accordance with EHEDG and ASME BPE standards. Eliminates the risk of cross-contamination and meets the requirements of United States Pharmacopeia USP Cl. VI, FDA certification, GMP and GLP specifications.

Long uptime: Allows the laboratory to pre-calibrate the sensor, plug and play, and quickly change the sensor online. No polarization time is required and it is put into use immediately after installation.

Reliable measurement results: Built-in reference LED light source compensates for the aging of the measured LED light source. Even after CIP/SIP and autoclaving processes, the measured values remain precise.

Low maintenance: Memosens COS81E can be easily replaced with electrolytes or sensitive sensor membranes. Simply replace the sensor cap and perform the sensor calibration.

The sensors can be installed in the process and used in fermenters. From the first laboratory trials to series production and laboratory applications, the results are consistent and consistent.

The sensors are explosion-proof and can be measured in dust-proof areas, making them particularly suitable for inert protection against oxidation processes.

IIoT support: Memosens 2.0 supports extended data storage, storage of calibration and process parameters, and better trend identification, which is the basis for the implementation of predictive maintenance and the advancement of IIoT technology.
