Introduction: GKGR 3-in-1 High Voltage Vacuum Soft Start Cabinet For mining (hereinafter referred to as the soft start cabinet) the signal is "kA", suitable for non-hazardous, dust-free, explosives and non-coal coal mining places Underground control room, underground parking lot, main vent of mine sites Pipelines, mechanical and electronic rooms. It can also be widely used in large steel plants, petrochemical plants, sewage treatment plants, above-ground factories, power plants, etc.
The complete soft-start cabinet includes a power module, a thyristor rectifier (SCR) module, a motor protection module, a communication module, and more. The control core of the soft starter cabinet is a microprocessor (CPU) that is used to start and protect the motor.
The SCR trigger and control of the CPU-controlled turn-on phase lowers the voltage and current of the motor, smoothly adding motor torque until it is running at full speed. This starting method can reduce the starting and inrush current of the motor, reduce the impact on the power grid, the motor itself, and at the same time the mechanical impact of the connection from the load, in order to extend the life of the equipment and reduce the failure of the motor.

2. The cabinet shell protection level is 1P54;
3. The cabinet is divided into four independent rooms: bus isolation room, relay room, circuit breaker trolley room and soft start room.
