First, the barcode scanner can't scan the barcode

It could be due to the following reasons:

1. There is no function to open and read this barcode;

2. The bar code does not meet the specifications, such as the lack of necessary blank space, the contrast between the bar and the empty is too low, and the width and narrowness ratio of the bar and the empty are not appropriate;

3. Direct sunlight, the photosensitive device enters the saturation zone;

4. The surface of the barcode is covered with transparent materials, and the reflectivity is too high, although the eyes can see the barcode, but the reading conditions of the collector are strict and can not be read;

5. If the hardware fails, contact your dealer for repair.

Solution: In this case, you must first understand whether you can scan the barcode but not upload it, or send a laser but do not scan the barcode. You can scan the barcode but do not upload it to the computer, that is, the computer and the scanner are not connected well, if it is wired, you should check the port and wire, if it is wireless, you must reset the pairing receiver.

Second, the LED is not lit, no buzzer, no laser

Solution: It may be that the power supply of the barcode scanner is not on, the scanner is not powered on, or the data cable interface has been loosened, and the contact is poor. Check the cable of the scanner to make sure that the power supply of the computer is working properly, and the data cable is reconnected to the scanner again.

3. After connecting the serial port line, there is no data transmission for code reading

Solution: It may be that the serial port mode is not set or the communication protocol is wrong. To set the scanning serial mode to serial mode, reset it to the correct communication protocol.

Fourth, after scanning a barcode, it crashes or when using a USB cable, the computer shows that the USB device cannot be recognized

Solution: The data cannot be transmitted due to a defective cable and the USB device is not transmitted. You need to find a dealer to purchase a replacement cable.

5. The scanning and use are normal, and the keyboard cannot be used

Solution: It may be that the internal IC of the barcode scanner is bad and burned. It needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.

6. The laser is always on

Solution: It may be that the manual is scanned and the barcode is set to a solid light mode. It needs to be restored to factory settings and returned to the manufacturer for repair.

7. There is no prompt sound after powering on, and there is no light when pressing the button

Solution: It may be that the power supply of the scanner is not on, the scanner is not powered on, or the data cable interface is loose, and the contact is poor. You need to check the scanner cable to make sure that the computer is powered properly and that the data cable is reconnected to the scanner.

8. The Bluetooth scanner cannot be connected to the computer normally

Solution: It may be that the Bluetooth does not match, you need to plug in the Bluetooth receiver provided by the manufacturer, and check the connection method of the corresponding system according to the manual to connect.
