The KQ2C one-touch pipe cover is used to insert unused nylon and polyurethane pipes. The special profile design of these fittings provides a positive seal under pressure. When the pipe cover is removed from the tube, the chuck and jaws are released, thus preventing them from over-biting the tube.

Special sealing profile design provides a reliable seal at high pressure and no reduction in flow rate, release button allows easy removal of tubes without any damage, maximum working pressure 10 bar, maximum vacuum working pressure -100kPa, withstand pressure test pressure, 3 MPa, ambient temperature and liquid temperature -5 to +60 °C (water temperature 0 to 40 °C)
Note: Models manufactured with the -X2 suffix part number do not contain copper (no nickel plating).
Pipe-to-pipe fittings and plugs
Sealant-coated threads reduce assembly time to a minimum. The fittings can be used on vacuum lines or positive pressure lines. Suitable for use with nylon, soft or polyurethane tubing to transport compressed air or water (general industrial)
