Introduction: ZPW-2000S non-insulated track circuit is a track circuit product developed by Hollysys on the basis of UM2000 track circuit in France, which has two coding control modes of communication coding and relay coding, and is suitable for high-speed railway, intercity railway and general speed railway. ZPW-2000S non-insulated track circuit is a basic signal safety equipment that uses steel rail as the transmission medium to realize track occupancy inspection and control information transmission. The track circuit sending equipment outputs a frequency-shift signal with control information to the rail, and the receiving device realizes the frequency-shift signal demodulation, section idle occupancy check, and action track relay.

Closed-loop detection technology
The internal loop check is used between the transmitter and the receiver to realize the inspection and closed-loop detection and control of indoor and outdoor loops, and the closed-loop safety identification function of the frequency-shift signal of the track circuit is added, which can protect the frequency-shifted signal from crosstalk and guide to the dangerous side to ensure the safety of the system.
Double isolation outdoors
The system is equipped with an auxiliary tuning unit, which is equivalent to a compensation capacitor for the frequency-shift signal in this section; It produces series resonance for the signal of the adjacent section, showing zero impedance, which plays the role of signal isolation, and can protect the abnormal tuning unit and the damage of the insulation joint.
Communication coding and relay coding equipment all adopt 1+1 redundancy
The transmitter and receiver of the two coding modes of communication coding and relay coding adopt the "1+1" redundancy mode, which improves the reliability of the system.
The integrated structure facilitates the implementation of the project
The indoor equipment adopts modular design, integrates analog network, direction switching circuit, channel acquisition equipment, current sensor and alarm relay internally, reduces external cable connection, enhances system stability, has high equipment integration, and is easy to install, which is convenient for engineering design, implementation and maintenance. Relay coding/communication coding equipment is universal, which is convenient for equipment management, upgrade and maintenance. The configuration of the compensation capacitor is optimized, and the compensation capacitor is unified into one kind of compensation capacitor, and different compensation spacing is used for different carrier frequencies, which reduces the type of compensation capacitor.
Tuning area optimization
By optimizing the track circuit parameters, the design length of the tuning area of the electrical insulation section is 19.2 meters.
