The AT4000 remote differential pressure/pressure/level transmitter consists of the AT4000 differential pressure/pressure transmitter and the remote sealing device. The measured process pressure passes through the isolation diaphragm and filling liquid of the remote sealing device, and then passes through the sensor body. On the diaphragm and filling liquid, it is transmitted to the pressure sensing chip to make the sensing core. Slice. A slight change in the resistance of the Wheatstone bridge results in a change in the output voltage of the corresponding bridge, which is proportional to the process pressure and is converted by the adapter unit and amplifier to a standard output signal.

The remote transmission and liquid level flanges meet ANSI or DIN standards, and the connection forms are flat flange type, insertion cylinder type, clamp type, flange mounting type, thread installation type, clamping type, coupling type, miniature, etc., and the withstand voltage levels are Class1501b, Class3001b, Class6001b, 1. 6MPa/4MPa、6. 4MPa or 10MPa, etc., the material of the isolation diaphragm on the far EasTone flange is 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C, molybdenum, PFA coating, F46 coating, gold plating, etc.
