Lenze frequency inverter EVF8222-E with a power of 22kw

(1) 8400 wind power drive:

Lenze WindMotion servo drives with an extremely wide temperature range and vibration resistance. The driver has a current output characteristic of 2xIn-3s, which can give full play to the overload capacity of the servo motor while reducing the size and reduction.

With an ultra-wide DC bus voltage input range down to 140VDC, it can meet the technical requirements of LVRT very reliably.

A large heat sink is used to dissipate heat from the servo drive, eliminating the need for a fan to improve system reliability.

The wind turbine servo drive is equipped with an open-loop motor control function, which can control the motor even if the motor feedback element is damaged, and realize emergency propeller follow-up.

Wind power servo drive built-in function block programming ability, can complete the pitch control task that the pitch PLC can only be completed in the past, users can flexibly modify the pitch program logic according to the actual situation on site, the servo drive has a built-in CANOpen standard communication interface, and can arbitrarily add interface modules adapted to other communication protocols (such as EtherCAT) when users need. The servo drive will communicate directly with the main control system, and complete all motion control and logic control, eliminating the need for a pitch controller and saving costs.

The wind turbine servo drive has a feedback interface, which can be connected to SSI redundant encoder to obtain the position of the propeller, and can return this position value to the master PLC via CAN communication.

The wind turbine servo drive can be started directly at -30 degrees Celsius.
