Introduction: SoftTouch/Rorobot Quick Change Module QCM-02, Quick Change Module [QCM] is used for automatic quick change of spare grippers. The quick-change module [QCM] is installed between the flange connection module [FCM] and the end of the robotic arm, and is divided into the robotic arm side (R side, installed at the end of the robotic arm) and the gripper side (G side, installed at the gripper end)
Features:
Comply with ISO 9409-1:2004 standard (i.e. GB/T 14468.1-2006)
Pneumatic control, self-locking protection function
It is recommended to load 5kg
The quick change is controlled by a pneumatic mode, which is similar to the cylinder control mode and can be controlled by the CV-SV series on/off valve
The air pipe fitting on the R side is connected to the flex touch controller
The trachea fitting on the G side is connected to the gripper
Note: When installing the R-side flange module, you need to install the flange plate with the robotic arm first, and then connect the quick changer with the flange plate
