In recent years, a series of large-capacity contactors developed by 213 Electric Group have large parts and many types, a large number of required equipment, high equipment tonnage requirements, and a series of problems such as many investments. In the face of this situation, the company's metal parts branch technical masters aimed at the transformation of the old equipment to upgrade, they made a careful analysis of the 160T punch produced by Shanghai Forging Machine Tool Factory in 1990, thinking that the equipment rail, power, stiffness, strength, precision are outstanding, the demand for modern machine tool hydraulic skills, machine tool electrical control skills to transform it, can meet the production of large-scale metal parts. After the plan was determined, Yang Yaping, director of the metal parts branch, Song Xingzhen, Shao Hong, and other technicians formed a research team to transform the skills of the equipment.
The research team cleaned and optimized the hydraulic system of the machine tool, selected a new electro-hydraulic proportional valve, re-planned the oil and gas circuit equipment, and added a barrier transformer to use new digital control skills. By replacing the new control system, the machine tool is more convenient to use, the safety is more guaranteed, the processing range is more and more extensive, so that the old equipment has a new effect.
The successful skill transformation of the 160T punch has greatly increased the confidence of the skill transformation team.
