Introduction: SB-80B ProDrive series inverter is a new generation of low-noise, high-performance engineering vector control inverter independently developed and produced by Sunland, which provides rich and powerful application function modules and expansion options, and has a very wide range of applicability. It is divided into two series: type A and type B: B is the basic type product, A is the advanced type product, and the type A machine has added fieldbus interface, injection molding machine interface, tension/winding control function and elevator control function than the B type.

Built-in DC reactor, power factor ≥ 0.94, small power input harmonics, and can effectively protect against surges, voltages and burrs, and prolong the life of internal circuit components;

· The inverter feedback function can be realized through the common DC bus;

· 2.2-15KW built-in dynamic braking unit;

· Adopt the world's ultra-high-performance 32-bit 150MIPS motor control DSP and Sunland's self-developed real-time embedded operating system software;

· True closed-loop (with and without velocity sensor) velocity and rotation vector control algorithms using the rotor magnetic field orientation of an accurate flux observer;

· Full-function reliable protection and fault self-diagnosis.

· Torque control function, zero servo and position control function;

· Optimal excitation current control and automatic energy-saving operation;

· Complex series transmission of up to 3 motors;

· There are three types of no-load rotation, on-load stationary and on-load rotation

· Motor parameter self-tuning technology.
